DATES 7th - 10th november 2005 WHERE CUINASIA will take place in the auditorium of CosmoCaixa, The Museum of Science of Barcelona. Considered to be one of the most modern museums in Europe equiped with the latest technology, CosmoCaixa offers to the project the best scenario to develop the agenda. Furthermore, CUINASIA would like to be a forum for the exchange of knowledge in culture and gastronomy. For that reason a scientific scenario like CosmoCaixa has been chosen to host the event.
