Ist EUROPEAN CONFERENCE ON ASIAN CUISINE AND CULTURE

The idea of CUINASIA arose from two lovers of the food world, Annette Abstoss, expert in gastronomy, and Anna Saura, restaurant-owner, pioneer in introducing japanese cuisine in Spain.

They are both founders of the first School of Asian Cuisine in Spain and founder and collaborator of the Association "Alimentacion-FAD". Their entrepreneurial spirit combined with their passion and interest for the food world brought them to create ASiAA Consulting and organize this important project, CUINASIA.

ASiAA Consulting offers services in consulting, training and conference organization, everything related to the food sector.
